Chief Executive Officer
Skander Malcolm joined OFX in February 2017 as CEO.
He has more than 23 years’ experience in financial services including payments technology platforms in both established and emerging markets. As President and CEO of GE Capital (ANZ), he led a team of more than 4,500 employees with an emphasis on delivering sustainable growth and operational excellence. While in the UK, Skander Malcolm launched the country’s first and largest digital personal loan business, Hamilton Direct Bank, which grew to more than GBP3 billion in its first five years. While at GE, he also facilitated GE’s largest ever volunteer donation to OzHarvest and bolstered participation in employee volunteering by 40%.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Sydney and was selected by the Chairman for GE’s most senior Executive Development Program.
Chief Technology Officer
David has been with OzForex since 2002 when this then small internet business was based in a garage on Sydney's Northern Beaches. During this time David has enabled and overseen the rapid growth of the company from an Information Technology perspective. Originally joining as a software developer, David played a fundamental role in developing the platform and architecture of our dealing and administration systems and now oversees several very capable teams who continue this work whilst he remains very much hands on.
As CTO/CIO, David is responsible for ensuring the efficient, secure and reliable operation of the company’s growing global IT infrastructure as well as providing guidance and direction for the continued development of our very successful in-house software applications. A key to this role has been a deep technical understanding combined with the ability to view things from a business perspective.
With 20 years experience in IT and over 10 of those within the internet industry, he has previously held key roles in both Australia and the UK in industries as diverse as payment cards and systems, media, telecommunications and finance. David feels lucky to live on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with his gorgeous daughter. David kids himself that he is a capable enduro and 24 hour mountain bike racer!
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Ledsham joined OzForex as Chief Financial Officer in April 2008 and was also appointed the Head of Business Services in 2014. Since joining OzForex, Mark has developed a robust financial control framework and partnered with the Executive Committee to drive the company’s strategies.
Prior to joining OzForex, Mark worked in the finance department of Macquarie Group’s retail section, BFS, and was responsible for the financial management of the sections strategic investments.
Mark brings over 11 years experience working in public practice and both privately owned and publicly listed international companies.
Mark graduated from The University of Manchester, where he gained a BA Honours degree in Accounting and Finance, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004.
Global Head of Compliance
Jason Rohloff is the Global Head of Compliance at OzForex holding the following regulatory positions in Australia, New Zealand and United States: AML/CTF Compliance Officer for OzForex, Responsible Manager for OzForex AFS License, AML/CFT Compliance Officer for NZForex, Compliance Officer for USForex.
Prior to joining OzForex in 2007 Jason spent four years at Macquarie Group and prior to that, three and a half years at Westpac Bank and two years in retail stock broking in New Zealand. Jason has fourteen years of broad operational experience working with retail, wholesale and institutional clients across a number of financial products and services including foreign exchange, equities, cash instruments, bonds and unit trusts.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand, a Diploma of Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services from the Australian Financial Markets Association
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff commenced working with the OzForex Group in September 2013 and is responsible for the operations, treasury and banking functions of the business globally. Based in Sydney Jeff is also responsible for the businesses Project Management Office and Payment Improvement initiatives as well as managing all merger and acquisition opportunities.
Jeff has over 13 years experience across operations, strategy, consulting and M&A. Prior to joining the Group, Jeff held roles at Macquarie, Accenture and JP Morgan.
Jeff holds a BSc in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester in England and is a qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) in 2006.
Head of Human Resources
Jacqueie commenced working with the OzForex Group in February 2014 and is responsible for the Human Resources function of the business globally.
Jacqueie has deep experience across a range of industries including finance, IT, media and engineering. Jacqueie brings with her more than 15 years’ experience in people interventions including mergers and acquisitions, organisational restructure, change and culture delivery, talent management and remuneration strategy and management.
Prior to joining OzForex Jacqueie spent 5 years at Veda where she was integral in transforming the function to be an effective partner to the business, delivering a stronger leadership development ethic, more consistent and higher standards and worked closely with the executive and management team to drive change.
Company Secretary
Linda commenced working with the OzForex Group in 2014 as Company Secretary.
Prior to joining the Group, Linda had operated her own company secretarial services business where her key clients included dual listed companies, Xero, Trade Me Group and Summerset Group. Before that she was Company Secretary for Telecom New Zealand.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Victoria University of Wellington. She is admitted to the bar in New Zealand and Australia and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
