Board of Directors
UKForex is a wholly owned subsidiary of OzForex Group Limited, which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. The Board of UKForex comprises executives with significant experience in foreign exchange and the financial markets. The Board of OzForex Group Limited comprises the following Directors:
Peter Warne
Non-Executive Director and Chairman
- Peter joined the OzForex Group in September 2013 and has over 30 years experience in accounting and finance
- Peter is Chairman of Australian Leisure and Entertainment Property Group and also serves as a board member of the following listed entities: ASX Limited, Macquarie Group Limited, Macquarie Bank Limited and Crowe Horwath Australasia Limited (formerly WHK Group Limited)
- Peter’s prior professional experience includes Head of Bankers Trust Australia Limited’s (BTAL) Financial Markets Group
- Peter is also on the board of NSW Treasury Corporation and Securities Industry Research Centre of Asia Pacific (SIRCA) and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Australian Office of Financial Management
Grant Murdoch
Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee
- Grant joined the OzForex Group in September 2013 and has over 35 years experience in accounting and finance
- Grant also serves as a board member of ALS Limited, QIC Limited and Cardno Limited
- Grant is also Chairman of The Endeavour Foundation, director of UQ Holdings Ltd and Senator of the University of Queensland
- Grant’s prior professional experience includes Head of Corporate Finance for Ernst & Young Queensland
Melinda Conrad
Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee
- Melinda joined the OzForex Group in September 2013 and has over 20 years experience in business strategy and marketing
- Melinda also serves as a director of The Reject Shop Limited and previously, served as a director of David Jones Limited, APN News & Media Limited
- Melinda’s prior professional experience includes executive roles at Harvard Business School, Colgate-Palmolive, and several retail businesses
- Melinda holds an MBA from Harvard and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD)
Douglas Snedden
Non-Executive Director
- Doug joined the OzForex Group Board in March 2015 and has had more than 30 years’ experience in finance, consulting, strategic management and outsourcing largely gained through a distinguished career at Accenture, most recently as Managing Director of its Australian business.
- Doug also serves as a director of Transfield Services, UXC Limited. He is also on the Board of university-owned Sirca Technology and is Chairman of Odyssey House McGrath Foundation and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse.
- Doug holds a Bachelor of Economics and Accounting
