OFX will develop and host your own micro-site that you can promote to your customers. You provide us with your brand guidelines and copy for certain areas of the site, we do the rest. Your customers will find the site intuitive and easy to use and will thank you for bringing them a valuable service.
Great rates, no fees and exceptional around-the-clock customer service
Our customers are used to our great rates on foreign transfers which are significantly lower than the major banks. We don’t charge transaction fees on trades greater than GBP 3,000 equivalent and customers love knowing they can call our dealers 24 hours day to book a trade or get an update on their trades (Monday to Friday). Your customers will be treated no differently and we are confident the level of service we provide will compliment what you do for your customers today.
Tailored monthly reporting
When one of your customers signs up to use your transfer service we flag them in our system as being your customer. This enables us to develop a sophisticated set of monthly reports based on what’s happening with your customer base. In the set up phase we will discuss your reporting requirements with you but we generally report on metrics including number of new registrations, number of dealing customers, deals per month, turnover and average deal size, revenue per deal, and top currency pairs your customers are trading in.

Our payment platform gives your customers access to live rates reflective of the market at the time of execution. This transparency and consistency help provide a clear picture to your clients when required.
