International Payments Solution
Banking has changed a lot in the past 10 years and so has the way people send money around the globe. Visiting your local high street bank to make an international money transfer isn't the norm anymore for a number of reasons - geographical location and inconvenience to name a few.
We also understand that branch level offerings may still be an important part of the overall service levels to your customers. UKForex offers a way to add value to current branch level processing whilst also offering a world class (and proven) online solution so Financial Institutions can offer the latest in currency exchange product offerings to their members and customers.
How does it work?
- Customers would have the option of going online via web interface or mobile app, phoning, faxing or visiting the branch to make an international transfer.
- Customers choosing to transact online via the Financial Institutions website would login to their existing internet banking interface and click on relevant link to make an international money transfer.
- Customers choosing to transact via a mobile app would login to their existing Financial Institution mobile app and click on the relevant international transfer link.
- The customer is presented with live exchange rates and request for transaction details such as beneficiary details, currency pair etc.
- Customers can also opt to visit, fax or phone the branch to make an international money transfer. The teller simply performs the transaction on the members or customers behalf by logging into the branch interface.
